A super easy Detox Week-5 is a program of three juice sets for five days, which will replace your breakfast. During these days, in addition to juices and smoothies from Organic Religion we would recommended to eat more fruits and vegetables, products with a minimum heat treatment and also to eliminate harmful products.
This program helps to clean the lymph system, to stimulate the liver to output toxins, to alkaline body, moisturizing and nourishing with beneficial trace elements. Detox Week helps to hydrolyze the body in the morning in a better way, to be fed during the whole day and feel a pleasant lightness and a burst of energy in the evening. The program is designed by our nutritionist Tara Ostrow.

How does it work?
The Detox program is designed for one day per week and includes 8 juices, which should all be consumed in a single day. An optimized amount of detox days is 1 to 3 per week.
